PATRIOT ARMOR PURCHASES ALL GLASS FABRICATING ASSETS FROM O’GARA-HESS & EISENHARDT ARMORING COMPANY LLC
Patriot Armor, headquartered in Lenox Dale, MA is pleased to announce the purchase of all glass fabricating assets from O’Gara-Hess & Eisenhardt Armoring Company LLC (“O’Gara”). Patriot Armor has secured a long-term lease for the former O’Gara glass plant in Cincinnati, OH and will commence operations in mid-June 2022 with many of the former O’Gara employees joining the Patriot Armor team. In addition, Patriot Armor has purchased a large autoclave from the recent XPER auction in Pittsburgh, PA.
The investment in equipment and expansion with the new facility further strengthens Patriot Armor’s position in the market and demonstrates its commitment to meeting the growing needs of our customers. This expansion will more than double Patriot Armor’s manufacturing capacity. The combination of Patriot Armor’s expanded manufacturing capabilities along with the additional technical resources will provide our customers high quality product for years to come.
